Shipping & Returns Policy

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items, whether opened or unopened.

What if my package is damaged or missing?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thefitzmed.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’re happy to issue a replacement or store credit if the issue qualifies. Note: Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for replacement or credit.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to

How can I edit my shipping address?

Email us at 
info@thefitzmed.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.

Local Pickup

Available at our Old Town location — choose "Local Pickup" at checkout.

What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address?

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. The Fitz is not
responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.

When will my order arrive?

We offer flat rate domestic shipping for
$6.95 (or free for orders $150+ after discounts). Orders typically process in 1–2 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your package ships. Most U.S. orders arrive within 10 business days. Note: We currently ship within the U.S. only. International shipping is not available at this time.
