Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, your payment method on file will be charged a $100 fee. If you arrive for your appointment late and your provider is not able to accommodate you and must cancel your appointment, you will incur the $100 fee.
