I've never had Botox or filler before. What type of appointment should I book?

We offer consultations if you’d like to explore a tox/filler treatment, and you may be treated during that appointment if you’d like to move forward. If you are interested in receiving a neuromodulator or filler during the same appointment as your consultation, choose “New Patient Botox” or “New Patient Filler” in our Patient Portal.
Is the assessment for filler done on the day of the appointment?

If you book a filler appointment, we will be able to do a full-face consultation and filler treatment during that appointment.
How do I book or cancel an appointment?

The Fitz cancellation policy:
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, your payment method on file will be charged a $100 fee. If you arrive for your appointment late and your provider is not able to accommodate you and must cancel your appointment, you will incur the $100 fee.
Do you offer "lip flips" using Botox?

Yes, we charge a flat fee of $150 per lip flip.

Daxxify: $8/unit
Skinvive: $600, with $100 savings if added to an existing injectables appointment.
Lip Flip: $150 flat fee
Filler: Our syringes range from $700-950. For patient safety, we do not offer half syringes.
