The Fitz

Wellness

WHAT IS IT?

The Fitz Wellness program was designed to help our patients with medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and peptide and vitamin supplementation solutions. The program is led by our medical director Dr. Tatiana Batista, who has over 10 years of cutting-edge experience in aesthetic medicine and wellness. ⁣

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Meet with one of our medical providers for a comprehensive review of your wellness needs, including a blood test that will help our team make recommendations for prescription medications like Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. We will also assess you for potential hormone replacement therapy (testosterone), peptides, NAD, & vitamin supplements.

This Wellness Assessment includes 2 appointments: First, you will meet with a medical provider to discuss your concerns and goals and we will take a blood sample. We'll then bring you back 2 weeks later to discuss your lab results and give you an overview of our treatment plan based on those results.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

While every wellness plan is personalized, below are some expected costs associated with our care.

Wellness Assessment: $400 (includes the initial 2 appointments)

Weight Loss Medication: $750 – 850 per prescription

Weight Loss Follow-up Appointments: $150 (required around 2-3 times per year depending on your dosing and prescription refill frequency)

Hormone Replacement Therapy: $600 (Women) / $999 (Men). This testosterone supplementation will generally last 4-6 months.

Vitamin Injections: $35
